Q: What’s the normal working day/week for Johnson AV teams?
A: Typically we work an 8 to 10 hour day which translates to a 40 to 44 hour work week. Our team is available to work between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Q: Do the Johnson AV teams work outside office hours and weekends?
A: Yes. All times outside office hours are at premium rates.

Q: Do you have up-to-date safety training, WSIB and liability insurance?
A: Yes. In addition to WSIB and liability insurance, all of our technicians have WHIMIS, Working at Heights, scissor lift certifications. Some also have First Aid and Boom lift.

Q: Do you offer a warranty or guarantee of your work?
A: Yes. We offer a hassle free 1 year warranty on our workmanship.

Q: Will you travel for work outside Toronto and Ottawa?
A: Yes. We’ve completed projects across Ontario. Standard travel charges apply.

Q: Does Johnson AV offer Crestron and DSP programming?
A: Yes we do.

Q: Does Johnson AV do project pick up & deliveries?
A: Yes. There’s a small fee.
